Museum of North Idaho

Interpretive Graphic Design

The Museum of North Idaho embarked on an ambitious plan to renovate and expand its buildings complete with a new Master Interpretive Plan. The Plan envisioned a visitor experience complete with hands-on activities and highlights from the museum's artifact collection. As a part of the exhibit concept, Robbie designed an elegant graphic solution for the entry ramps that take visitors from the mountaintop, along the river, and to the lake through subtle topographic motifs, small artifact displays, and photography. She combined colorized murals, crisp primary graphics, and supporting elements for the graphic typical that defines the look and feel of the exhibit hall.
